I didn't realize the neighborhood is as old as it is... although it does feel old... reminds me of when we lived in 100 year-old duplexes in Hollywood, CA Resident housing in 1968 across the street from Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. Downstairs in the office (where you go to get replacment light bulbs and turn in maintenance requests) we saw the original building blue prints on a table. This building was built in the early 1900s. Good thing there aren't earthquakes here!
